The Laguna Beach Favorites logo, annual winners badges, and contest name are licensed properties.

If your business is an official winner, and verified in writing by the contest administrators, you may use the appropriate winners badges ONLY with the purchase of logo licensing rights or the paid placement of advertising on our platforms or publications that meet the minimum spend level as determined by the current rate of the logo licensing rights for that year.

One license covers all Gold or Silver awards for your single business entity for that year regardless of how many locations you have. If you have multiple businesses under a parent company, you may be subject to multiple licensing requirements, please inquire.

Once your purchase is processed, we will verify your award(s) and email award logo images to the email address used in the order.

"With Advertising" vs. "Without Advertising": if you purchase an advertisement that costs the same or more than the logo licensing cost ($495) then you get both the licensing rights AND the advertisement. You may also simply purchase the logo licensing rights ($495) and not advertise.

No unauthorized use of any kind is allowed, including on unofficial merchandise or public display.
